Description: Three words about
this ride - bring a camera. This is a beautiful ride that follows high
above the South fork of the American River. There are plenty of views...
and along the way you will pass Chili Bar Reservoir, Rock Creek, and several
waterfalls along the way (some are seasonal - Winter and Spring seasons are best
to see these). Traffic is normally light,
though at times it can be moderate - especially if some type of construction is
occurring up the hill. If you aren't ready to do the climb up to Finnon
Reservoir, you can turn around at Rock Creek thus avoiding the long climb.
